Aviana Uganda 2016 “International Expo for Poultry and Livestock” took place in UMA Show Grounds, Kampala Uganda on 20th and 21st October 2016. This was the 3rd edition of AVIANA in Uganda, the Pearl of Africa.
AVIANA Uganda 2016 presented a gateway to East Africa by providing a platform to exhibit products, services and innovative technologies to top decision makers and created business partnerships from more than 20 countries.
VMD Livestock pharma, in conjunction with their exclusive distributor ERAM Uganda Ltd participated in this pivotal exhibition of Uganda.
The stand was well designed and was very visible to all the visitors. It was an eventful 2 days with inquiries not only from Uganda but from neighbouring countries like Tanzania, Kenya and Mozambique. Mrs Joyce Kabasti, Minister of Livestock Uganda was the Chief Guest of the event. The honourable chief guest praised the efforts of ERAM Uganda Ltd and was impressed with the VMD livestock pharma range and appreciated the efforts in improving the poultry industry of Uganda. She spent a considerable time at the stand, and was briefed about the commons challenges which the Ugandan farmers faced, with the solutions provided by VMD Livestock pharma.
